Lewisburg Teachers Honored

Lewisburg Intermediate teachers were honored this week by their
school business partner, Humana Hospital Greenbrier Valley. Each
teacher received a corsage to wear during the week decorated with the
school colors and a t-shirt in appreciation of their dedication toward
education expressed by the hospital staff. Presenting the gifts is Kay
Bailey, hospital administrative assistant (center), to Mary Fullen (left)
and Lynn Weikle (right). Both Ms Fullen and Mrs Weikle are teachers at
Lewisburg Iptermediate.

recently visited Dr David McClung's dental office. Jeanie Wyatt, dental
hygienist, showed the children the proper way to brush their teeth and
use dental floss, She also encouraged eating proper nutritious foods.

participated in the second annual Fort, Andrea Kowal, Eddie Lesko,
Health Fair with their school busi-
ness partner-Humans Hospital
Greenbrier Valley in conjunction with
National Hospital week. The stu-
dents decorated and made posters
to advertise and promote the health
fair. Twenty-seven students were
recognized and received a "Sharing
the Gift of Health" button and a mug.

in the Poster Contest.
