Burial Cemetery at Grassy Coffman --- Mrs Margaret Haynes 99 died April 10, 1990, at the Memorial Hospital in Marlin- a tong illness 1890, at Clifton Forge, Vir+ Was the daughter of the late Haynes and Emily Zigler was a Presbyterian and a Lelia Virginia Dolin White Sulphur Springs -- Lolia Virginia Dolin, 86, died April 4, 1990, in a Fairlea hospital, following a long illness Born May 9, 1904, in Alleghany County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Pete and Becky Alderman Hardiman. Mrs Dolin attended the Atvon United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her hus- band, Ashby Dolin in 1945. Survivors include two sons, Hillard and Palmer Dolin, both of White Sulphur Springs; five daughters, Agnes Waid, Audrey Landrum, Helen Waid and Cleva Scitzs, all of White Sulphur Springs and Erma Lipscomb of Richmond, Virginia; two stepdaughters, Nellie Ends of White Sulphur Springs and Maudie Wenger of Arbovale; two halfbrothers, Raymond and Ralph Hardiman, both of Alleghany, Virginia; a halfsister, erie Cecil of Richmond, Virginia; 27 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren, and seven great- great-grandchildren. Services were at Shanklin Funeral Home Chapel in White Sulphur Springs with Reverend Gene Eaton officiating. Burial was in Alvon United Methodist Ceme- tery. Elsie Dorothy Eggleston Alderson -- Mrs Elsie Dorothy Eggleston, 76, died April 9, 1990 in a Fairlea hospital, following a long illness Born July 25, 1913, at Alderson, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Etha Brown Shetton. - Mrs Eggleston was a homemaker, a member of the Feamster Memorial Free- will Baptist Church in Alderson and was a former church pianist. She was preceded in death by a son, Rodney Eggleston Survivors include her husband, Ernest L Eggleston of Alderson; a daughter, Enema Feury of Alderson; two grand- daughters, Sabrena Baldwin and Katina Feury, both of Elliston, Virginia; a stepgrandson, David Feury of Covington, Virginia; two great-grandchildren, and one step-great-grandchild, and a sister, Liltian Rennix of Baltimore, Maryland Services were at Feamster Memorial Freewill Baptist Church in Alderson with Reverends John D. Walker and Bob Grimmett officiating. Burial will be in Alderson Cemetery. Born September 15, 1932, at Hinton, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ida Barton. Mrs Hoke was a resident of Ronceverte most of her life. She was a member of the First Church of God in Ronceverte. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs Barbara Napier of Lewisburg and Mary Morgan of Ronceverte; five sons, James C., David L., Wayne L., and Dennis L. Mann Sr, 90, died April 6, 1990, at a Ronceverte nurs- ing home following a long illness, Born January 5, 1900, at Ronceverte, he was the son of the late Lacy and Marga- ret Hail Mann. Mr Mann was a lifelong resident of Ron- ceverte, a member of the Ronceverte Baptist Church and a retired brakeman and conductor with the C&O Railroad with 52 years of service He was the last surviving member of the Ronceverte Citizens band which played for the first confederate reunion in Bir- mingham, Alabama in May, 1916. He was 16 years old at the time.
